About The Position

Safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while adhering to all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures. Perform self-inspections (pre-operational checks) in preparation for inspections conducted by Quality Assurance and USDA.

Requirements

• Understanding of and alignment with the Company’s philosophy and values.
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with exposure to chemicals and fumes; personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn at all times while performing tasks.
• Ability to work in wet, hot, humid, and cold environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bins and trays using high-pressure hoses and approved chemical applications.
• Ensure all bins and trays meet USDA sanitation standards.
• Operate pallet jacks as needed.
• Operate tray wash machines.
