About The Position

The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair. The role includes basic part replacement, cleaning, and preparation for shipment. Triage Agents prepare and set up units by removing products from shipping cartons and lifting them onto test racks.

The position supports a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to customer needs. It also helps Repair Agents through product verification and basic functionality testing, and ensures repaired units are cleaned, prepared, and ready to ship.

Requirements

• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to customer needs.
• Complete serial and model verification and basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.
• Complete basic parts replacements.
• Complete final cleaning and unit preparation, and verify repair units are ready to be shipped.
• Remove products from shipping cartons and lift them onto test racks.
