About The Position

The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair by completing basic part replacement, cleaning, and preparation for shipment. The role includes preparing and setting up units by removing products from shipping cartons and lifting them onto test racks. The agent also supports Repair Agents through serial and model verification and basic functionality testing, and ensures repaired units are clean and ready to ship. The role contributes to a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to customer needs.

Requirements

• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer electronic products for repair, including basic part replacement, cleaning, and shipment preparation.
• Remove products from shipping cartons and lift units onto test racks.
• Complete serial and model verification and basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.
• Complete basic parts replacements.
• Clean and prepare units, and verify repaired units are ready to be shipped.
• Build customer relationships and provide solutions to customer needs.
