About The Position

The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair and shipment. The role includes basic part replacement, cleaning, and preparing units for shipment. The agent removes products from shipping cartons and lifts them onto test racks. They also verify serial and model information and perform basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents. The role supports a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to customer needs.

Requirements

• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide solutions to customer needs.
• Verify product serial numbers and models and perform basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.
• Complete basic parts replacements.
• Clean and prepare units for repair or shipment, and verify that repair units are ready to ship.
• Prepare and set up units, including removing products from shipping cartons and lifting them onto test racks.
