About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring a part-time, temporary Treatment Coordinator at its Placentia dental office. The role manages patients through the full treatment cycle, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance, and communicates financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment. Treatment Coordinators guide patients from their first appointment through their last, helping them achieve a healthy smile. The position is paid at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• QSI or Denticon experience.
• Bilingual ability.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.
