About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for its Brea dental office. The role manages patients through the full treatment cycle, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance, and communicates financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment. Treatment Coordinators guide patients from their first appointment through their last, helping them achieve a healthy smile. The position is part-time and temporary. The stated pay rate is $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
- Computer literacy is required.
Nice To Haves
- QSI or Denticon experience.
- Bilingual ability.
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing service costs.
