Treatment Coordinator - Temporary
About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a temporary, part-time Treatment Coordinator for its Brea dental office. Treatment Coordinators manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. They communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from their first appointment through their last toward a healthy smile. The role supports Gentle Dental’s focus on patient care, operational and clinical excellence, personal accountability, relationship-building, and innovative approaches to supporting patients and teams. The rate of pay is $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
- Computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- QSI or Denticon experience.
- Bilingual ability.
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.
