Requirements

Administrative technician or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
1 to 3 of relevant experience in treasury or in a position related to finance and / or banking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Good written and oral communication in French and English

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Kyriaba and Bloomberg (an asset)

Responsibilities

Monitor bank balances and cash flows
Coordinate and carry out the opening and closing of bank accounts
Ensure the preparation and updating of all documentation required by banks, such as KYC
Manage the process of changing authorized signatories
Complete bank due diligence
Keep procedures up to date and identify key risks and controls
Participate in month-end tasks and the preparation of various internal and external reports
Contribute to ad hoc projects in a dynamic environment
Support other members of the treasury team as needed
