About The Position

Aria Care Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to provide onsite dental care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. The role involves traveling to different locations, typically 20 minutes to 2 hours away; drive time and clinic time are compensated. The Dentist assesses dental health, addresses concerns, develops and discusses treatment plans, performs limited procedures, and conducts oral cancer screenings. The position is one day per week, with scheduling that can work around the clinician’s availability. Compensation includes competitive pay with a minimum daily guarantee. Clinical operations staff manage coordination, including scheduling and billing, so the Dentist can focus on patient care. Aria Care Partners provides onsite dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry services to long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Requirements

Must be a Dentist; the opportunity is open to new college graduates and experienced Dentists.
Ability to travel to assigned locations, typically 20 minutes to 2 hours away.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ dental health and address dental concerns.
Develop and discuss treatment plans to manage, improve, and treat dental and oral health issues.
Perform simple procedures, including exams, fillings, extractions, and denture-related services.
Order diagnostic measures, such as X-rays.
Apply agents such as silver diamine fluoride to arrest tooth decay.
Conduct oral cancer screenings.
Maintain accurate dental records.
Communicate with the facility and residents’ families to support successful daily oral hygiene.
Travel to skilled nursing communities to provide onsite dental care.
