About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Nationwide Traveling Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist to join their team. This full-time position involves practicing in various Cranial Technologies locations across the United States, focusing on pediatric cranial shaping orthoses and infant ear shape correction. The role offers an opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, traveling weekly to different clinics. The company is the world leader in researching and treating plagiocephaly and provides treatment with EarWell® for infant ear shapes. Clinicians are seen as experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.

Requirements

• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist
• State-issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA accepted travel documentation required by start date
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must complete AHCA's screening program

Nice To Haves

• Background in pediatrics is preferred
• Candidates close to a major airport for ease of travel booking

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®
• Correct infant ear shapes with EarWell®
• Evaluate and treat plagiocephaly
• Evaluate and treat conditions involving misshapen ears
• Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process
• Travel to Cranial Technologies clinics across the United States
• Take over caseloads for other clinicians
