As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will be assigned to different spa locations based on business needs, supporting on-site teams while achieving sales goals. All travel, accommodations, and transportation are arranged in advance, including flights, hotels or Airbnb, gas, tolls, and a company car. This allows you to focus on creating exceptional client experiences while driving measurable results. You will gain experience across multiple spa locations while working with premium teams and high-end clientele. Leads are provided, allowing you to focus on sales and client engagement rather than cold calling. Requirements
- Demonstrated success in high-ticket or consultative sales.
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Results-oriented, motivated by performance and KPIs.
- Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel and new teams.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Comfortable or agreeable with being a W9/1099 independent contractor, responsible for own taxes.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for spa treatments and premium products.
- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies for each client to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
- Partner with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership to align team objectives.
- Travel to assigned locations while maintaining consistent performance standards.
