About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health’s mobile staffing solution, providing registered nurses for short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system. This part-time travel RN position is for the operating room specialty at St. Mary’s Athens, Georgia. Nurses may work in a variety of practice settings and travel locally, regionally, or nationally. The assignment is 13 weeks, scheduled for three 12-hour day shifts per week, with a gross weekly rate of $2,340. FirstChoice nurses help fill critical staffing needs arising from unforeseen circumstances or extended leaves of absence.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice or employment.
At least two years of recent clinical experience for Surgical Services and the other listed specialties outside Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
Maintain the credentials required for the specialty area.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, when required, must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
