About The Position

Responsibilities include assessing patient experience on the unit and implementing quality improvements to enhance care delivery. Independent judgment is exercised in daily operations to support safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

Active California RN license
Experience in unit-based leadership or nurse-lead roles
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, management, and physicians
Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and high patient satisfaction
Ability to adapt to a travel assignment with 5x8 day shifts in a hospital setting
