Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program that prepares students to be eligible for ARRT (R) certification. The program partners with employers that sponsor students’ education, while Stepful provides accreditation, curriculum, instruction, and operations. Students complete labs and clinicals at employer facilities, helping employers develop local talent pipelines. The Program Director of record will shape the program’s design and be accountable for credentialing, completion, and job-placement outcomes. Success is measured by program completion and graduation rates, ARRT credentialing exam pass rates, and job-placement rates. The role is a build-focused academic leadership position, supported by curriculum, operations, partnerships, and policy teams. It is remote, involves regular travel to partner sites, and reports to the Imaging Programs Lead. The director will support curriculum development and ensure didactic content meets accreditor standards; lead clinical playbook development; oversee outcomes, accreditation, and compliance; contribute clinical expertise to employer-partner conversations; and hire, onboard, observe, and develop faculty and clinical preceptors. Travel is expected for site assessments, lab observations, preceptor development, and accreditation visits, likely about once monthly in 2026 and scaling to up to 50% starting in 2027. Travel and program-related expenses are reimbursed. The director may also teach the first cohort virtually or as an on-site clinical educator.
