Role specifics and benefits - Key responsibilities: Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist in therapeutic exercises, modalities, gait and transfer training, ROM work, and functional mobility activities. You’ll monitor patient responses, document progress, communicate effectively with PTs and caregivers, ensure safe use of equipment, and help patients regain independence in daily activities and functional tasks.
