About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/T-LPN) for a travel contract assignment in Elkins, WV. Requirements
- Active LPN License required

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes promptly
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and charting
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures
- Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support infection control and patient safety initiatives
- Respond effectively to patient care needs and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
