About The Position
A facility near Dodge City, Kansas, is seeking a long-term care LPN to join their team! This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule. The long-term care LPN provides direct patient care for long-term care and swing bed residents, including medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with daily living activities. The role involves collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans, document patient status, and ensure quality, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Unrestricted LPN license
- BLS certification required upon hire
