About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring experienced Travel Fixture Installers in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area for its Regional Remodel Team. This is a long-term, project-based travel position installing and maintaining retail fixtures and steel pallet racking, and supporting store remodels and new store construction throughout an assigned region and surrounding states. Work is primarily scheduled overnight, with regional weekly travel. Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Company-paid hotels and airfare are provided, along with per diem, mileage, and drive-time reimbursement. Employment is W-2. Applicants must complete applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background and motor vehicle record checks and verification of employment eligibility.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to six hours to support project needs.
Previous experience with fixture installation, pallet racking systems, cantilevers, and/or remodel construction.
Proficiency with hand and power tools and hands-on installation work.
Ability to read and follow project plans, planograms, and detailed work instructions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills while working in a team environment.
Working personal smartphone with call, text, email, and in-store reporting capabilities.
Comfortable working at heights in indoor and outdoor environments.
Able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift 50 or more pounds without assistance throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Forklift, Ballymore, and scissor lift experience; these are preferred but not required, and training is provided.
OSHA certification; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, adjust, and maintain steel pallet racking systems and retail fixtures.
Complete fixture installations, store remodels, modifications, and updates according to project plans and specifications.
Inspect and replace damaged or improperly installed racking components, including beams, uprights, braces, anchors, and safety hardware.
Read and follow store layouts, schematics, planograms, and detailed work instructions.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment; paid training and required certifications are provided.
Merchandise and set products according to planograms and client specifications as needed.
Collaborate with project teams to complete installations safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and completion details to project leadership.
Complete required project documentation and reporting using web-based technology while following company and client safety requirements.
