About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. The role is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working in varying weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $15.16 per hour in base pay, plus an average of $8.25 per hour in tips. Tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, position, hours, and quality of service.
