About The Position

The Travel Coordinator is an independent contributor on Signify Health’s Travel department, which handles intake, qualification, and logistical bookings for approximately 72,000 annual air, car, and hotel requests for clinicians nationwide. The role researches, books, and manages travel within corporate policies and assists with changes, cancellations, and other itinerary adjustments while maintaining a high level of customer service. It involves frequent inbound and outbound calls and collaboration with travelers, team members, and other stakeholders.
