About The Position
AAA Central Penn is seeking passionate, sales-driven Travel Advisors to help members plan and book tailored travel experiences. The role involves building customer relationships, providing expert guidance, driving sales, and staying current on destinations, trends, and travel offerings. The position offers a competitive hourly rate plus the opportunity for commission. Experienced, high-performing travel professionals may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Regular business travel is required. Employees who drive must maintain a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and insurance coverage that meets company requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the travel industry.
- Passion for sales and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
- Detail-oriented, customer-first mindset.
- Energy, creativity, and a genuine love for helping others.
- Employees who drive must maintain a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and insurance coverage that meets company requirements.
