About The Position

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to designated community dumpsters. The role helps keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Collectors work independently outdoors in all weather conditions, take and upload photos using the company app, and follow safety guidelines while using provided personal protective equipment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. Shifts typically last 1–2 hours per night, or approximately 5–10 hours per week. Pay is $50 per night. The position is suited to someone seeking extra income, enjoying independent work, and able to stay active. Routes may be current or upcoming in the candidate's area. Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
Smartphone.
Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
