Trash Valet
About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring a part-time, evening Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to designated community dumpsters. The role helps keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m.; shifts typically last 2–3 hours per night, or approximately 7–13 hours per week. Pay is $100 per night. The work is performed independently outdoors in all weather conditions, and the employee uses a company app to upload photos. Safety guidelines and provided personal protective equipment must be followed. Routes may be current or upcoming in the applicant’s area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of auto insurance showing the applicant as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
- Ability to work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment.
