Trash Valet
About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring part-time Trash Valets to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to designated community dumpsters. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions, taking and uploading photos through the company app, and following safety guidelines while using provided personal protective equipment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. Shifts typically last 1–2 hours per night, or approximately 5–10 hours per week. Pay is $60 per night. The position may involve current or upcoming routes in the applicant’s area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
- Ability to work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment.
