About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring part-time Trash Valets to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to community dumpsters. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions and using a company app to take and upload photos. Routes are scheduled Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8 p.m. Shifts typically take 1–2 hours per night, or approximately 5–10 hours per week. Pay is $30–$60 per night. Current or upcoming routes may be available in the applicant’s area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
