Trash Valet
About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to community dumpsters. The role helps keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Work is performed independently outdoors in all weather conditions, with provided personal protective equipment and a company app for uploading photos. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. Shifts typically last 4–5 hours, for approximately 8–15 hours per week. Pay is $100 per night. The position may be considered for current or upcoming routes in the applicant’s area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation using an open-bed pickup truck or trailer.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment.
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
