About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster. The role helps keep apartment communities clean and operating smoothly. It is an independent, active outdoor job performed in all weather conditions. The position pays $45 per night and typically involves shifts of 1–2 hours, around 5–10 hours per week, with routes scheduled Sunday through Thursday evenings starting at 7 p.m. Routes may be available currently or in the future.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community to collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
- Follow safety guidelines and use the provided personal protective equipment.
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
