About The Position

Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions and using a company app to take and upload photos. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. Shifts typically last 1–2 hours per night, for approximately 5–10 hours per week. Pay is $45 per night. Routes may be current or upcoming in the applicant’s area.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
• Smartphone.
• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos using the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
