About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Director or designee, the Transporter performs duties involving the transport of patients to and from departments and units throughout the hospital. The role interacts with nursing personnel to help ensure continuity of care during transport and assumes responsibility for patients, equipment, and assigned functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving patients.
- Must have good communication skills with patients, visitors, and co-workers.
Responsibilities
