About The Position

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead and oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong team performance. The role manages workforce accountability, enforces regulatory compliance, and drives operational excellence, with an emphasis on leadership, transportation logistics, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field, or an associate degree with at least 4 years of logistics or operations experience.
Proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management.
Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software such as TMW and Peoplenet, and reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT compliance.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics operations and the workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.
Enforce DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, C-TPAT, company policies, and safety protocols.
Train and develop team members to maintain operational proficiency.
Monitor compliance with operational requirements, equipment usage, uniform policies, and productivity goals.
Use transportation software and reporting tools to improve efficiency.
Oversee compliance with DOT Hours of Service and pre- and post-trip inspections, coordinating with the Safety department.
Foster a culture of professionalism, quality service, and ethical conduct.
