About The Position

The Transportation Supervisor supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance by overseeing daily transportation activities and working collaboratively with internal teams. The position supervises CDL drivers, monitors schedules, routes, and performance, and coordinates vehicle inspections, maintenance, repairs, and logistics. It also supports driver onboarding and training, maintains transportation and compliance records, addresses transportation issues and delays, promotes safe driving practices, and helps improve transportation processes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an estimated one to three direct reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid and up-to-date CDL license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities
