Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout airport terminals, parking areas, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, suspicious items, and potential hazards, and promptly report observations in accordance with location procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate airport personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while providing professional directions and assistance to the public.
