Requirements

18+ Years of Age
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, public access points, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and support access-control procedures in accordance with airport and government facility requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
Maintain a professional presence while helping to deter unauthorized access, prohibited activities, and property damage at assigned locations.
