Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established airport and government-location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, public spaces, parking facilities, access points, and surrounding perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.
