Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, tenants, and airport personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout airport facilities, public areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when assigned, and report access control concerns or policy violations.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.
