Responsibilities
- Support the Transportation Account Managers with a wide range of service and processing tasks
- Assist with renewal preparation, documentation and internal worklfow coordination
- Maintain organized, accurate client files and reports within Applied Systems EPIC
- Help manage internal requests such as certificates, endorsements and policy updates
- Coordinate administrative steps related to loss runs and other carrier communications
