About The Position

TRICOR, LLC is seeking Transportation Account Executives (AE) and Account Managers (AM) to join their team. AEs are client-facing professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit who assess client needs, design insurance plans, recommend coverages, and provide day-to-day customer service. They possess a solid understanding of various business line products and can partner with clients to offer comprehensive solutions. AEs may manage house accounts independently or alongside an agent and participate in a mentorship program. The ideal AE is self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to exceptional customer service. Account Managers (AMs) are responsible for all aspects of client account servicing, maintenance, and onboarding, utilizing their insurance knowledge and professional communication skills. AMs adhere to department procedures and agency automation systems, working collaboratively with AEs and sales staff. They are committed to continuous learning, proactively developing their understanding of insurance products and services. The ideal AM is an organized self-starter who excels in customer service, working directly with clients and the sales team.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding and years of experience with various business line products
  • Ability to pre-qualify prospects by doing a risk assessment
  • Leveraging expertise to use risk assessment process to offer new and/or different coverages to current clients
  • Providing expert knowledge around analyzing and comparing insurance plans to determine suitability for clients of all sizes
  • Client-facing focused

Responsibilities

  • Providing front-line expertise in assessing client needs
  • Designing insurance plans and recommending coverages to clients
  • Providing day-to-day customer service
  • Partnering with clients to assess needs and offer the best solutions for comprehensive coverage
  • Managing TRICOR house accounts (solely or with an agent)
  • Participating in a mentorship program, helping new employees build knowledge and skill-set
  • Focusing on client service and retention
  • Establishing & maintaining close relationships with clients, insurance carriers/underwriters
  • Timely and accurate client file documentation
  • Reviewing & evaluating new and existing accounts
  • Completing & submitting applications
  • Re-actively updating and/or adding new coverage based on customer request
  • Further developing insurance knowledge through continuing education
  • Promoting TRICOR, LLC in the community
