About The Position

Railcar Loaders / Transload Operators safely load and unload railcars while ensuring compliance with operational, environmental, and safety standards. The role includes operating transloading equipment, handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials, performing inspections, completing documentation, and supporting rail operations as needed. Hourly pay is $21 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with physically demanding work, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working at heights.
• Must meet customer and regulatory safety requirements, including background screening.

• Industrial or hazardous materials experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload railcars and transfer products.
• Operate transloading equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and mobile equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and minor equipment repairs.
• Complete operational logs and safety documentation.
• Follow company, customer, and regulatory safety procedures.
• Promptly report safety concerns and equipment issues.
• Support switching crews and other site operations as required.
