About The Position

This role focuses on managing services within large managed services organizations, with an emphasis on operational service delivery, not purely software development or application testing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the service lifecycle management from end to end. Experience in Transition & Transformation is crucial, including transitioning services from incumbent providers, implementing new operating models and capabilities, and participating in service modernization beyond simple lift-and-shift approaches. The role requires delivering measurable transformation outcomes, such as service quality improvements, defect reduction, automation implementation, AI adoption, and enhanced customer experience. Leadership caliber is essential, with experience leading leaders, building mature organizations, and managing executive stakeholders. Involvement in client and sales engagements is also expected.
