Candidates for this role can be located anywhere in the US. The Transition Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans for new transitions, including scheduling and assigning tasks, managing and facilitating reporting internally and to the client, and executing training plans. This role also involves the procurement of equipment for new facilities, identifying risks and developing contingency plans, and implementing repeatable processes to improve operational efficiencies. The position requires preparing for and facilitating meetings, ensuring compliance with client quality standards, and managing relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors. The role also requires performing assigned tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols on active construction sites, and demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to lead and facilitate meetings, build positive client relations, communicate effectively, lead multiple projects, establish respect and confidence, identify and implement solutions independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and build strong cross-functional relationships are essential.
