The Manager, Recruitment – Transition Staffing Services is responsible for leading and executing the national locum tenens recruitment strategy across the United States, supporting both existing and new client facilities nationwide. This role owns strategic direction for Premier Anesthesia’s locums service line while also remaining hands-on in key recruiting efforts. The position blends people leadership, operational execution, and close partnership with Operations and Business Development to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality provider placements. The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, CRM discipline, and the effective use of technology—including Salesforce and AI-enabled recruiting tools—to improve speed, quality, and scalability of staffing outcomes.
