About The Position

The Transaction Coordinator maintains inventory accuracy, processes and transacts manufacturing batch tickets, and supports teams in maintaining accurate material inventory throughout the facility. The role requires systems proficiency and the ability to operate material-handling equipment in a warehouse environment. Before the manufacturing site's Oracle ERP go-live, the coordinator helps prepare the facility for a successful launch through data validation, process documentation, operational readiness, inventory cycle counts, and collaboration with the ERP implementation team. The coordinator processes batch tickets in Oracle, ensures transactions match actual production activity and inventory records, and uses inventory management and ERP systems to enter and report data, analyze trends, and communicate updates to partners. The position reports to the Plant Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Systems proficiency.
Ability to operate material-handling equipment in a warehouse environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy and support accurate material inventory throughout the facility.
Process and transact manufacturing batch tickets promptly in the Oracle system.
Ensure batch-ticket transactions reflect actual production activity and align with inventory records.
Support pre-go-live activities, including data validation, process documentation, and operational readiness tasks.
Collaborate with the Oracle ERP implementation team on system configuration, testing, user acceptance activities, and training preparation.
Conduct cycle counts to establish baseline inventory accuracy and support data integrity before system go-live.
Use inventory management and ERP systems to enter and report inventory data.
Create reports, analyze trends, and communicate updates to partners.
