The Training Support Services Analyst shall provide advice and assistance to the Commanders and staff on matters related to personnel policy and readiness, personnel accounting and strength accounting, awards and decorations, personnel actions and RESET programs. This role involves providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) personnel to prepare and deliver Strategic Deployability Courses, including US Air Force Air Mobility Command air load planning and Unit Movement Officer (UMO) programs of instruction (POI). The analyst will design operations and logistics related training curricula, develop specific POI, identify requirements for systems embedded training, and determine TADSS requirements. They will also develop associated POI materials and Training Support Packages, maintain up-to-date POI in accordance with US Army Transportation School and US Air Force Air Mobility Command standards, and provide specialized instruction for rail movement tie-down teams and pallet-build classes. The role requires close coordination with the AMC ACLP Program Manager, G3 Training for class scheduling and ATRRS entry, and maintaining class rosters and statistics.
