Electric Boat utilizes hundreds of suppliers to help build the most complex submarines in the world. Electric Boat suppliers are located throughout the United States and supply varied products that meet our rigorous standards. The Supplier Quality Communication and Training Team plays a key role in the dissemination of information, positive or negative trends, and lessons learned across supply chain management and the supply base so that our internal and external customers are aligned and enabled to succeed. The successful candidate will need to possess ability to prioritize and effectively manage projects and communicate clearly when teaching classes or presenting to suppliers. The candidate will also facilitate and develop on-boarding training strategy, as well as execute certification, surveillance, and basic auditing to supplier quality in conjunction with other departments that will be assisting the Supply Chain Management Organization.
