Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Mobile Training Specialist facilitates training programs that support field operations, which includes creating new training material, training new and current employees, ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS) reflects course completion, and reporting progress to managers. This role supports operations throughout Southern Illinois and requires regular travel within the region, including overnight stays of at least two days at a time.
