About The Position

Designs and delivers training programs for personnel at all levels. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and establishes criteria for evaluating training effectiveness. Keeps current with research in training and development, including learning and motivation theory and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, prepare personnel for more responsible positions, and improve effectiveness in current assignments. May evaluate or oversee contractors or vendors developing or administering training programs and may develop e-learning programs. This role focuses on Siemens NX and Teamcenter for ship design.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience, or a master’s degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Working experience using Siemens NX/Teamcenter for ship design in any discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Working experience using routing tools within NX in any discipline, such as pipe, electrical, or HVAC.
Experience with sketching, ship-checking, or drafting.
Experience with submarine design.
Visual work instruction creation.
