About The Position

At Capgemini Engineering, the PLM Data Migration Lead works on engineering practice and knowledge to define, configure, and deploy industrial digital technologies, including PLM and MES. The role supports continuity of information across the engineering enterprise—including design, industrialization, manufacturing, and supply chain—and the management of manufacturing data.

The role focuses on Digital Continuity and Manufacturing. It establishes trust and credibility with customer accounts, demonstrates commitment to business objectives, operates independently in complex environments, sets and manages realistic deliverable expectations, considers the bigger picture in decision-making, and motivates the team by creating a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Define, configure, and deploy industrial digital technologies, including PLM and MES.
• Support continuity of information across design, industrialization, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Manage manufacturing data.
