This role leads, manages, tracks, and develops training and educational needs within the Public Safety Department and serves as the UC Health Academy Program Manager. The position also coordinates the Field Training Program for new hires and is responsible for the development and coordination of the in-service training program for Public Safety personnel. Additionally, this role provides direct support to the System Public Safety Director to ensure consistent, effective system-wide oversight and to address operational demands. The manager will assume designated areas of responsibility to enhance coordination, strengthen response capabilities, and ensure timely resolution of security-related incidents.
