The Manager of Public Safety serves as a key leader within the Public Safety Division, responsible for directing supervisors, coordinating operational performance and program governance, and ensuring staff provide exceptional security and service for employees, clients, contractors, and visitors. This position leads major aspects of venue security, public safety, access control, patrol, emergency readiness, training, quality assurance, and compliance. They act as an Incident Commander during emergencies and maintain 24/7 readiness and availability.
