Leads, manages, tracks and develops training and educational needs and opportunities within the Public Safety Department and serves as the UC Health Academy Program Manager. Coordinates the Field Training Program for new hires with the Public Safety Department. Responsible for the development and coordination of the in-service training program for Public Safety personnel. Provides direct support to the System Public Safety Director to ensure consistent, effective system-wide oversight and to address the operational demands of UCMC and WCH. Assumes designated areas of responsibility to enhance coordination, strengthen response capabilities, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up of security-related incidents. Other duties as assigned by the System Public Safety Director.
